Can I modify or cancel my order?

If I want to change information of a paid order, what can I do?

We can only change this information for you if the order is not shipped out. Therefore please be careful to place the order. Can I customize my beanies?

Yes, Choose your own style and colors and finish it off with your own logo or corporate design. Minimum order 50 beanies – choose up to 5 different styles or colors. What payment methods are accepted?

We are accepting payment through PayPal and the following credit / debit cards: MASTER CARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER.

You can also pay using Klarna. Here you have the option between:

PAY NOW (DIRECT PAYMENT)
Pay full at checkout – quickly and securely with your credit or debit card. If you have a Klarna account you can save your details and enjoy one-click purchases from then on.

PAY LATER (INVOICE)
Try your beanie first and pay it later.

Is paying online safe?

We do not process any of your payment information.

Why do I get less refund for the items sometimes?

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment only Austrian & German shipping services are available. Please contact us, if you are located in another country than Austria or Germany and we will send you adjusted shipping information.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

How much are the shipping costs?

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Shipment Fee within Austria: € 3.50.

Shipment Fee for Germany: € 6.50.

We offer FREE shippment within Austria & Germany for orders over € 65.00.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

How do I track my order status?

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email about the order information. How long will it take to get my beanie?

Once we have received your payment we will start processing your order immediately. It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to make your items ready for shipment. Shipment within Austria or Germany will take additonal 1-2 workdays. So from placing your order until receiving it will take a total of 3-4 days. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

What shipping methods are available?

All our products are shipped from our Austrian storage. 
We only use safe and reputable delivery companies and work with DPD for all our shipments.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Is there any additional fee or tax?

How can I return / exchange my beanie, if I am not happy with it?

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Get in touch with our customer service by sending us an email. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Drop off you package at the local post office. We advise to use a tracked shipment to secure your return.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Refund conditions

1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 14 days of receipt.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

5. If you need to return the product, the shipping fee forth would be subtracted no matter whether it’s free shipping fee or not when ordering. Since it’s already paid to the courier when shipping. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

6. Return: once we have received your return in original conditions we will transfer your money back to your account according to your payment.
